Four on a television, switched from the remote without reinstalling anything. On mobile, the Premium subscription raises that to eight. Adding a fifth means replacing one of the four: pick the slot you want to overwrite before saving.
Drücke direkt nach dem Start CH+ / CH- auf der Fernbedienung.
Activations bought on this website are not refunded once the licence is active. That is why the 7-day free trial exists, and why the app asks you, before any payment, to pay only if it works and your channels are available. Test first, pay after. By ticking the activation box you also confirm immediate delivery and give up the withdrawal period, as stated in our Terms.<br/><br/>One exception is worth knowing: if you were charged twice for the same device, or the payment landed on the wrong device ID, write to us — that is a mistake, not a refund request.<br/><br/><strong>Premium subscriptions bought inside the mobile app are different.</strong> They are billed by Google Play or the App Store, and refunds follow their rules, not ours. Ask them directly from your account.
The three tiles (Live, Movies, Series) look faded and do not react when your playlist loaded correctly but returned nothing to show. The player did its job — your source sent an empty list, or every category is hidden. Two things to try: in Settings, check <strong>Manage categories</strong> in case they were hidden by accident; otherwise ask your playlist provider why their server returns no channel for your account. We do not supply the content, so we cannot fill that list for you.
It is the playlist slot being used, not an error code. <strong>[2]</strong> means the app is trying to load the playlist stored in slot 2. So the message tells you which of your playlists failed. Replace that one, or select another slot that works.
That block of text is the answer sent back by your playlist provider's server, displayed as received. It almost always means your provider refused the username and password: subscription expired, account suspended, or a typo when the details were entered. Check your details with your provider, then re-enter them here. The player only repeats what the other server replied.
Stay on the activation screen for about 30 seconds: the app checks with our server every 15 seconds and switches over on its own, with nothing for you to press. If it has not changed, close the application completely and open it again. If it still shows Trial or Expired after that, check one thing before contacting us: the ID you paid for must be exactly the one displayed on that screen. With two devices it is easy to pay for the wrong one. Then write to us with the ID shown on screen.
Close the application completely and open it again. Outside the very first setup, the app reads the list of playlists only when it starts, so a playlist added or changed while it was running is picked up on the next launch. Note that the <strong>Reload</strong> button in Settings does something else: it re-downloads the playlist the app already knows, it does not go looking for a new one.
No — they are two separate things, and they do not work the same way.<br/><br/><strong>Your television</strong> is activated from this website, and that licence belongs to the device ID shown on its screen. It cannot be moved to another television.<br/><br/><strong>The Premium subscription</strong> bought inside the mobile app belongs to your Google Play or App Store account, not to the handset. If you change phone, sign in with the same store account and use <strong>Restore purchase</strong> on the Premium page — there is nothing to buy again.<br/><br/>What Premium removes is the advertising in the free mobile app. It has no effect on a television.
The programme guide only works when your playlist is set up as a <strong>media server</strong> (server address, username and password), not as a plain M3U link. With an M3U link the app has no way to fetch a guide, so nothing is displayed. Ask your provider whether they offer server access; if they do, enter those details in the fields below the link box. Even then, the guide comes from your provider's server: if they publish none, it stays empty.
No. A licence is tied to the device ID it was activated on, and a new television has a different ID. The same applies after a factory reset, which regenerates the ID. A new device therefore needs a new activation.<br/><br/>Before paying again, check one thing: simply uninstalling and reinstalling the app does <strong>not</strong> change the ID. If your screen still shows the same ID as before, your licence is intact and there is nothing to buy — your playlists come back on their own.
A television licence, no: it belongs to the device ID it was activated on, and each television is activated on its own. There is no user account for it — the device itself is the licence.<br/><br/>A <strong>mobile Premium subscription</strong> is different: it follows your Google Play or App Store account, so it restores on a new phone with <strong>Restore purchase</strong>.
